Maryland’s new ‘red flag’ gun safety law drew 114 requests to remove firearms during its first month



Maryland’s new “pink flag” gun security regulation drew 114 requests to take away firearms from individuals in October, the first month the regulation went into effect.

Of these, 36 have been granted a remaining order — which means weapons could possibly be taken away and the themes may be prohibited from shopping for or possessing other firearms…
