STAMFORD — A Bethany man on special parole was charged with possession of narcotics and sent again to jail following his arrest on drug fees in Stamford late Wednesday afternoon.
Capt. Richard Conklin stated officers in the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad heard that a man named John Spear was arriving on the practice carrying a amount of cocaine and heroin.
Police found Spear, forty two, quickly after he obtained off the practice in Stamford and searched him. Conklin stated he was present in possession of 1.2 grams of heroin, which would make up about 30 folds, and a gram of powder cocaine in his left sock.
