STAMFORD — The district is wanting into shopping for more moveable lecture rooms for Newfield Elementary Faculty after closing the varsity’s present modular rooms because of mould.
On Tuesday, Clarence Zachery, chief fiscal and operations help officer for Stamford Public Faculties, stated he was going to Middletown to take a look at six modular lecture rooms previously used by another Fairfield County district.
“If they’re acceptable, we’ve got to negotiate and attempt to get them,” he stated during a gathering of the fiscal and operations committee of the Board of Schooling. “We’re going to be speaking to varied distributors about the time-frame. What’s distinctive about these is they have six of them which is the precise number we’d like for Newfield.
